Quality Control Manager

• We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our Galway, Ireland team!
• This is an opportunity to join a metal surface treatment technology facility with an established industrial company that is the world leader in this field.

Location: Galway, Ireland

Salary: £60,000 - £68,000

Your Challenge

• Implementing, reviewing and maintaining QMS.
• Managing and administrating of the certification ISO13485, ISO9001, AS9100 and other related standards.
• Reviewing, maintaining and enforcing QMS documentation.
• Responsible for internal, external (regulatory and customer) audits.
• Education and training all employees as per the quality compliance standards.
• Authorizing and issuing Certificates of Compliances.
• Maintaining the calibration and systems compliance.
• Implementing and controlling customers’ requirements on production documentation.
• Managing of QC staff (1-2 employees).
• Representing the site during customer audits and other agencies.
• Responsible for root cause, preventative action, corrective actions.
• May require some travel to customer facilities or other CW sites.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience doing similar work in an industrial production environment.
• Experience in implementation and maintenance of QMS.
• Experience as QMS audits.
• Parylene coating and printed circuit board experience is preferred.
