About The Role

Main Purpose

To independently conduct Cold Chain services according to standards and protocols, work instructions and procedures as prescribed through PPECB legislative mandate. The applicable cold chain and soft skill credits must be met for this position.

High Level Objectives

To ensure service delivery to clients in line with the organisations regulatory mandate.
To ensure compliance with the BMS, ISO 9001 and all relevant legislation, policies and
procedures.
To ensure accurate and timeous completion and submission of financial source documents
To ensure compliance to HC policies and procedures?
To ensure effective Risk Management.
Knowledge:Knowledge of relevant legislation (PPEC Act). Competence in relevant cold chain disciplines
Knowledge of risk management
Competent in all cold chain disciplines.

Experience

Min 4 years relevant experience in the perishable-export logistical chain
Experience in PPECB disciplines i.e. Normal container
loading, Cold Treatment loading, RRMT inspections, Cold
store inspections, Container Inspection and Calibration etc.
Experience in Terminal Monitoring desk, CTI/Precool desk & En-route management will be advantage.
Experience in mentoring and coaching
Experience in PPECB business processes
Supervising and Training of junior staff
Must be able to travel locally and nationally as and when the job requires him/her to do so
Must have a valid driver's license & own reliable vehicle.
Must be in good health
