We are seeking a proactive and experienced Claims and Quality Process Coach to join our warehouse operations team, ensuring the highest standards of quality are consistently met and maintained. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing quality issues and dealer claims for Ford and VW Parts. You will oversee the investigation and resolution of quality issues while ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently. Your leadership will help maintain high standards, improve operational efficiency, and build strong dealer relationships. You will also drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Ford and VW global standards across warehouse and claims operations

Lead and supervise the team members to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

Collaborate with the IE and Warehouse Manager to develop and implement quality control processes.

Manage quality discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of product-related issues.

Oversee the processing and resolution of domestic and export dealer claims.

Ensure claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and procedures.

Lead and develop the quality and claims team to achieve operational targets and service excellence.

Monitor warehouse and claims processes to ensure compliance with Ford and Volkswagen standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and resolve escalated issues.

Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and financial recovery related to claims activities.

Maintain strong relationships with dealers and stakeholders through effective communication and support.

Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability within the warehouse team.

• National Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain).
• Minimum 3 Years Experience
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a warehouse motor industry or logistics environment.
