Enterprise Risk Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Risk Specialist to join our Risk team at Moyasar.

As a financial company operating in the payments sector and regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), managing risk is an important part of our business. You’ll help identify, assess, and monitor risks across our payment operations and business activities, while working with different teams to strengthen controls and keep risks within acceptable levels. This builds directly on the role’s existing responsibility for risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and assess risks across our payment business and operations.
• Conduct enterprise and operational risk assessments.
• Maintain risk registers and support risk reporting.
• Analyze risk data and prepare reports for management.
• Support risk policies, controls, and mitigation plans.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk controls and follow up on action plans.
• Work with teams across the company to identify and manage their risks.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and support alignment with SAMA requirements.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
• Support incident and emerging risk assessments.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in enterprise risk, operational risk, or a related area.
• Good understanding of risk assessments, risk registers, controls, and mitigation plans.
• Understanding of SAMA regulatory requirements.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic and English communication skills.
