People Services Manager

The People Services Manager is responsible for leading the Company's employee-facing People and Culture agenda, with accountability for Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, Benefits and People Services. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure a consistent, fair, responsive and employee-centered experience across Celebration Brands Limited. The People Services Manager serves as a senior advisor to managers and employees on workplace and employee matters, leads the Company's employee relations and engagement agenda, and ensures that People policies, services and programs are effectively implemented across all locations. The role is also responsible for identifying emerging employee and industrial relations risks, facilitating early intervention and resolution, and ensuring that matters are appropriately managed before escalation to formal disputes or external proceedings. The People Services Manager leads the People Services team and partners closely with business leaders to strengthen employee engagement, manager capability, workplace relationships and service delivery while ensuring alignment with Company strategy, policy and applicable Jamaican employment legislation.
