We are seeking a Craft Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a strategic recruiting partner responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top craft and project support talent across renewable energy construction projects nationwide. This role partners directly with project leadership, hiring managers, Human Resources, and operations teams to develop proactive workforce strategies, execute full-cycle recruiting, and ensure projects are staffed with the talent required to meet operational goals.
The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting expertise with a consultative mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while supporting large-scale workforce demands.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers, project leadership, and operational stakeholders to understand workforce demands, hiring forecasts, and project staffing priorities.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor, providing market intelligence, hiring recommendations, and recruitment strategies to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to develop workforce plans aligned with project schedules, geographic expansion, and business growth initiatives.
- Proactively identify talent risks and develop strategies to address labor shortages and hard-to-fill positions.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for craft and project support roles across active and upcoming renewable energy projects.
- Recruit for positions including but not limited to:
- Safety Coordinators and Managers
- Quality Technicians and Inspectors
- General Laborers
- Warehouse Personnel
- Administrative Support Staff
- Field Operations Support Roles
- Other craft and project-based positions as assigned
- Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates while ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and organizational culture.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity from sourcing through offer acceptance and project mobilization.
- Facilitate interview processes, coordinate hiring decisions, and support compensation discussions in partnership with hiring leaders.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and future workforce needs across multiple geographic regions.
- Leverage sourcing channels including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, workforce development programs, trade schools, union and non-union labor networks, military transition programs, and community partnerships.
- Develop relationships with workforce agencies, industry associations, educational institutions, and local community organizations to strengthen candidate pipelines.
- Create and execute targeted recruiting campaigns to support high-volume hiring initiatives and critical project staffing needs.
Candidate Experience & Employment Branding
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the hiring process, providing guidance on employment opportunities, travel requirements, project assignments, and onboarding expectations.
- Promote Primoris Renewable Energy's employer brand through authentic engagement with candidates and external talent communities.
- Support diversity-focused recruiting initiatives and workforce outreach programs to attract a broad and qualified talent pool.
Workforce Planning & Recruiting Analytics
- Monitor hiring progress, candidate pipelines, and workforce trends to ensure project staffing objectives are achieved.
- Utilize recruiting metrics and labor market data to identify trends, forecast hiring needs, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders regarding requisition status, time-to-fill, candidate flow, and hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to workforce planning discussions and support strategic talent initiatives across the organization.
Compliance & Talent Operations
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate activity within UKG/UltiPro or other Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, federal and state employment regulations, equal employment opportunity requirements, and recruitment procedures.
- Support pre-employment, onboarding, and mobilization processes to ensure seamless candidate transitions from offer acceptance to project start.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling candidate and employee information.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues, Human Resources, project leadership, workforce development teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Participate in talent reviews, recruiting strategy sessions, workforce planning meetings, and business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiencies.
- Support special projects and organizational initiatives that contribute to Talent Acquisition excellence and business growth.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM tools, and sourcing technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment compliance, and hiring best practices
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education, recruiting experience, and demonstrated success in talent acquisition will be considered.
- Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments and workforce planning initiatives preferred.
- Experience recruiting within construction, renewable energy, infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades environments strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers and operational leaders to deliver workforce solutions.
- Experience supporting field-based and geographically dispersed workforces is highly desirable.
PAY EQUITY
$80,000-$100,000 per year
Primoris Renewable Energy provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
