Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview processes with hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a seamless hiring process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess recruitment trends, hiring effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, talent market insights, and best practices in recruitment.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Knowledge : Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and diversity hiring strategies.
- Soft Skills : Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Certifications : PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS certification is a plus.
