About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as the primary recruiting partner for business leaders across multiple markets in our Mid-Atlantic division, driving the attraction and hiring of future commercial real estate investment sales professionals. This is a highly visible, high-volume recruiting role that requires balancing multiple priorities, managing relationships with hiring leaders across a broad geographic footprint, and developing creative strategies to attract talent to a 100% commission opportunity.
Success in this role requires a combination of relationship management, recruiting expertise, and persistence. You will build talent pipelines through both inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, develop partnerships with universities and emerging talent programs, and help hiring leaders achieve their growth objectives by identifying and engaging top sales talent.
This is a 100% on-site role based out of our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.
The base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 per year. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. These ranges may not reflect potential compensation for positions based in other states or regions. Responsibilities
- Division Recruiting Ownership:
Serve as the primary recruiting partner for hiring leaders across multiple offices within our Mid-Atlantic division. Build strong relationships, understand market-specific hiring needs, and drive recruiting activity to support office growth and hiring objectives .
- High-Volume Sales Recruiting:
Manage high-volume recruiting efforts focused on attracting and hiring entry-level and junior commercial real estate investment sales professionals across multiple markets. Successfully navigate the unique challenges of recruiting for a 100% commission, independent contractor opportunity by building and maintaining active candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Own the recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance, including talent identification, outreach, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer presentation, and onboarding support.
- Proactive Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to generate both inbound applicant flow and outbound candidate engagement. Build and maintain active pipelines of prospective talent across multiple markets and hiring teams.
- University Partnerships & Emerging Talent Programs:
Cultivate relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers to establish long-term talent pipelines. Lead campus recruiting efforts including fall recruiting strategies, career fairs, presentations, networking events, and internship-to-hire initiatives.
- Candidate Marketing & Employer Brand Promotion:
Partner with business leaders to communicate the value proposition of a career at Marcus & Millichap. Develop recruiting campaigns and outreach strategies that increase awareness and attract future talent.
- Market Intelligence & Hiring Leader Partnership:
Provide hiring leaders with insights on recruiting trends, candidate activity, market conditions, and talent availability. Consult on recruiting strategies while balancing competing priorities across multiple offices and stakeholders.
- Recruiting Analytics & Process Management:
Maintain accurate recruiting activity, pipeline data, and reporting metrics within the applicant tracking system and recruiting platforms. Monitor recruiting effectiveness and adjust strategies to achieve hiring goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting commissioned sales, financial services, staffing, brokerage, real estate, or other performance-driven environments.
- Proven success managing high-volume recruiting activity across multiple markets, hiring leaders, and concurrent openings in a fast-paced, metric s -driven environment.
- Experience recruiting for commission-based, entrepreneurial, or business development-focused roles strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to generate talent through both outbound sourcing and inbound recruiting strategies.
- Experience building relationships with universities, campus organizations, and emerging talent programs preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, ATS platforms, job boards, networking, referrals, and other talent attraction channels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, aggressive hiring goals, and frequent stakeholder interaction.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and recruiting technologies.
