About The Role

Overall Purpose of the Role

To produce high-quality video, motion, photography, audio and multimedia assets for above-the-line and integrated brand campaigns. The role supports production from pre-production through shooting, editing, post-production, adaptation and final delivery. This role requires a strong hands-on maker who can independently own production workstreams, maintain high creative standards and work effectively with agencies, production partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit video, motion, photography, audio and multimedia assets for ATL and integrated campaigns.
  • Translate creative concepts, scripts and storyboards into production-ready outputs.
  • Support pre-production including shot lists, schedules, equipment planning, location requirements and production logistics.
  • Shoot video and photography directly where appropriate.
  • Edit video content from first cut through final approved delivery.
  • Create motion graphics, titles, supers, transitions, animation and visual effects.
  • Perform colour correction, audio refinement, basic sound design and other post-production tasks.
  • Prepare master assets and adaptations for different channels, durations, aspect ratios and placements.
  • Work with external production companies, directors, photographers and specialist suppliers where required.
  • Ensure assets meet broadcast, media and platform technical specifications.
  • Maintain organised media libraries, project files, source files and archive structures.
  • Manage multiple production deadlines and identify opportunities to bring more capability in-house.

Experience Required

  • 4+ years of professional experience in multimedia production, video production, post-production, motion design or a related field.
  • Portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality video and multimedia work.
  • Experience with cameras, lighting, sound and production equipment.
  • Experience delivering campaign or broadcast-quality outputs.
  • Experience in advertising, brand campaigns, production, entertainment or a similar creative environment

Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience with DaVinci Resolve or equivalent tools is advantageous.
  • Strong video editing and visual storytelling ability.
  • Good understanding of cinematography, lighting and audio capture.
  • Strong motion graphics and post-production skills.
  • Understanding of codecs, aspect ratios, export formats and technical delivery requirements.
  • Strong file-management and production workflow discipline.
  • Photography capability is advantageous.

Qualification/s Required

  • Bachelors Degree: Law, Commerce, Finace or Risk Management (Essential)
  • Postgraduate qualification: Compliance, Risk Management or Financial Crime (Advantageous)
  • ACAMS Certification (Advantageous)
