Staff Engineer

Job Short Description: Set up Statistical Process Control system and monitoring for module testers. Implement and maintain SPC systems to track process performance. Generate DV and Master modules for SPC DV Activities. Maintain ATC Software that process data for SPC System. Manage the SPC System Webpage. Debug and analyze the testing failure of DV and Master modules. Develop or maintain SPC software/tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Python, Excel). Work closely with engineering teams to implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure data integrity and proper database management. Maintain SPC procedures, control plans, and work instructions. Prepare documentation for audits. Support new product introduction (NPI) with statistical validation. Investigate process deviations, defects, or yield losses.
