How can we help?

Guides and answers for job seekers, recruiters, and hiring teams.

Tracking where your applications stand

Review your tracker without confusing saved jobs with submitted applications.

Before you start

Your application tracker helps organize job-search activity. A saved job or an opened application page is not by itself evidence that you submitted an application.

What to do

  1. 1
Open your tracker. Sign in and open Applications to reach the Application Tracker.
  2. 2
Review the record. Review the entry and its displayed status and timeline. The tracker includes Saved, Applied, Follow-up, Reviewing, Interview and Offer columns. A saved job or opened link is not a confirmed application.
  3. 3
Check external applications. Follow-up eligibility is separate: the tracker describes follow-ups for confirmed email applications. For an employer website or external system, follow its instructions and look for its own submission confirmation.

Important limitations

Keep in mind

A personal tracker status is not necessarily an official recruiter decision. No response does not establish rejection, hiring or a promised reply date.

If you need more help

If a control is missing or an action fails, include the page address and the message shown when you contact JobSpring. Never include your password, sign-in code or payment-card details.
