1 Client Engagement and Portfolio Growth

• 2 Actively engage with clients in the Employee Car Leasing (ECL) segment to understand their leasing needs and preferences.
• 3 Support the Area Sales Manager in implementing strategies for portfolio growth within the designated region.

4 New Business Development

• 5 Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Employee Car Leasing Perks Programs.
• 6 Contribute to the development of relationships with potential clients and assist in building connections with Corporates and MNCs in the region.

7 Customer Relationship Management

• 8 Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction with leasing solutions.
• 9 Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to maintain strong relationships with key clients, Car OEMs, and Dealer organizations in the region.

10 Networking and Market Awareness

• 11 Build and expand a network within the corporate landscape, actively participating in industry events and engaging with key stakeholders.
• 12 Stay informed about market trends and contribute to market intelligence efforts within the team.

13 Lead Generation

• 14 Contribute to the development of scoping plans for Corporates and MNCs to generate leads effectively.
• 15 Work with the team to implement lead generation activities, supporting sales growth initiatives.

16 Team Collaboration

• 17 Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and support in optimizing team productivity.
• 18 Actively participate in training programs to enhance skills related to sales effectiveness, presentation, and relationship building.
• Qualifications -
• Minimum Degree: Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
