Driver

Job purpose: Responsible for delivering goods to and from designated locations on time. May also load and unload trailer/truck. Prepares receipts, verifies orders, and may collect payment for deliveries. Assist in sorting & rearrangement of goods for storage. Job responsibilities: Vehicle Movement/Delivery: To inspect all the vehicles before the start of delivery/movement. Proper care in handling of new vehicles – Reduction of repair costs and delays. Due care in loading / unloading of vehicles on the Car carriers to avoid transit damages – Safety Norms. To follow AAC delivery procedure – Vehicle movement record. Equipment Care: To operate company vehicle with due care & avoid damages – Minimum maintenance cost. To follow Traffic rules & Road safety norms– To avoid road accidents & maintain company image. Educational Qualification High School Educated Work Experience 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in driving of Light duty vehicles Competencies Interpersonal relations & be able to work in multicultural environment. Ability to work under stress & adaptation to change. Willing to work in any shift & for long hours, if required. Able to communicate effectively via oral media Oral communication skills – English/Arabic/Hindi Understands the importance of superior Customer Service. Languages English/Arabic/Hindi
