Senior MEP Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of projects from design through execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems on-site.

• Review and coordinate MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• -
• Ensure all MEP works are executed in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• -
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• -
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• -
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control of MEP installations.
• -
• Supervise and guide MEP teams, subcontractors, and site staff.
• -
• Support procurement activities by reviewing technical specifications and supplier proposals.
• -
• Prepare and submit reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
• -
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• -
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role in the UAE or GCC.
• -
• Strong knowledge of MEP codes and standards (UAE/local authority regulations preferred).
• -
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• -
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• -
• Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is a plus.

• Ability to work using modeling software’s such as ( Revit , AutoCAD , Plant 3D )
• Ability to use clash detection software’s such as Navisworks
• Have strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical field
• Have fair knowledge on the MEP & HVAC system components and uses
• Ability to use Microsoft office applications
