Section Lead, Warehousing

Job Summary: 1. Lead the team to achieve warehouse KPIs (on-time Packing(<18hours), zero safety accident, zero customer complaints, etc.) and continuously improve warehouse systems and daily operations through data-driven analysis. 2. Maintain the packaging file, new shipping label and system control points test. 3. Deal with warehouse operation exceptions timely. 4. Apply for packaging materials and manage packaging material inventory. 5. Manage staff attendance and arrange work schedules. 1.
