Operations Coordinator

Eurostar Rent A Car is looking for a motivated and experienced Leasing Coordinator to join our team in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily vehicle leasing operations and customer requirements. Manage leasing contracts, renewals, and documentation. Coordinate vehicle allocation, delivery, collection, and replacements. Liaise with customers, sales, fleet, and operations teams. Monitor fleet availability and ensure timely service delivery. Maintain accurate leasing records and reports. Requirements: Experience in car rental, vehicle leasing, fleet management, or automotive operations . Strong coordination and communication skills. Good knowledge of UAE vehicle leasing/rental processes. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. UAE driving licence is preferred.
