About The Role

The Events Facilitator is the strategic advisor responsible for the on-site preparation and coordination of both hiring managers and candidates before, during, and after in-person interviews/onsite events for a designated Cielo client. Interviews take place at several locations throughout the United States.
Additionally, the Events Facilitator will act as a collaborative partner and brand ambassador to the client team. The Events Facilitator will be responsible for scheduling, preparing documents, follow-up communications and special projects as assigned by the leadership team.  
Responsibilities
- Serve as a talent acquisition events facilitator and advisor to hiring leaders and business unit/s assigned.
- Typically travel 1-3 days per week 3-4 weeks per month, dependent on business needs.
- Manage all candidate and client communication, travel, and coordination as needed, including coordinating set-up of interview locations, materials distribution, interview plans, and act as liaison between the client and Cielo team.
- Serve as the external client representative while engaging with candidates.
- Build recruitment marketing plans specific to each location and leverage the available technology at all stages while looking for continuous improvement opportunities.
-   Coordinate with client entities to drive united recruitment approach.
- Manage the distribution of technology required to execute an event.
- Facilitate post-event actions to include summary information and Hiring Manager follow-up.
- Prepare presentations pertaining to program execution and be comfortable delivering to client audiences. - Special projects and duties as assigned. 
Education: 
- High school diploma required.
Experience
- Experience in talent acquisition or event planning/coordination is required.
- Experience in an administrative support required.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Professional with a polished demeanor, yet comfortable and personable.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel multiple times per month (as needed throughout US). - Ability to conduct interviewer and candidate coaching.
- Time management skills, with ability to steer interview schedule guidelines and serve as timekeeper for interview process.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
- Ability to work in dynamic and constantly changing work environment.
