Onsite Concierge (M/W/X) - Temporary Contract - Verbier

Join Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist, a luxury alpine holiday specialist. As an Onsite Concierge & Operations Assistant, you'll be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations. You'll lead the front-of-house and housekeeping team, oversee daily operations, and manage property logistics. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational skills and a passion for luxury hospitality.

• Act as the main point of contact for all guest requests, from arrival through departure, delivering personalized and discreet service.
• Lead and support the front-of-house and housekeeping team within the resort, overseeing daily routines and ensuring hospitality standards.
• Ensure the properties are always impeccably presented and stocked with necessary supplies, carrying out regular inspections.

• **Required skills & experience:**

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in luxury hospitality or concierge roles, ideally in chalets, villas, or boutique hotels
• Confident team leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest expectations
• Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• Fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset
• Comfortable with tech tools (scheduling apps, CRM, POS systems)
• Well-presented, professional, and passionate about mountain life and high-end travel
