Cook III - Ciera Steak and Chophouse

In this role, you will prepare and cook entrees according to company standards, support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, and ensure kitchen sanitation standards are met. You will also assist with training and developing kitchen staff and collaborate on menu planning. • Prepare and cook entrees/items according to company standards for recipes and procedures, ensuring adherence to time and sequence of cooking operations.
• Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in developing a sense of teamwork and cooperation, and collaborate on planning and development of daily changing weekly menus.
• Assist with training and developing cooks and prep cooks, guiding kitchen personnel in safe operating procedures of all equipment, utensils, and machinery.
