Product Design Manager

Join Gong, a leading B2B SaaS company, as a Product Design Manager. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of product designers, drive the design vision and user experience for a key product area, and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers. You will also contribute to hiring, onboarding, and building a strong design culture within the Dublin design team. • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Product Designers, supporting their growth and development.
• Drive the design vision and user experience for one of Gong’s key product areas, in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to shape roadmaps, scope work, and deliver impactful experiences.
• Comfortable balancing people leadership with hands-on involvement when needed
• An experienced product designer with a strong background in designing flows, experiences, and UI for complex digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS
• A design leader with 3–5 years of experience managing product designers
• An excellent communicator with strong presentation, collaboration, and organizational skills
• A strong problem solver who can help teams break down complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions
• A thoughtful leader who can give clear feedback, guide decision-making, and help designers navigate ambiguity
• Proficient with Figma and modern design workflows
• Experienced with user research methodologies and applying insights at a team and product level
• Passionate about building exceptional UX and high-performing design teams
