Executive Assistant 2

Join our team as an Executive Assistant 2, where you will provide extensive executive administrative support to a Product Development Group leadership team and general support to the broader international team. Your responsibilities will include managing complex executive calendars, preparing expense reports, conducting research, and coordinating group functions. You will also take on special projects and maintain team operations and procedures. This role requires independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality while managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities.

• Gérer et maintenir des calendriers exécutifs complexes, y compris la planification des voyages, des conférences, des rendez-vous et des réunions.
• Préparer et soumettre des rapports de dépenses pour la direction et/ou le département selon les besoins.
• Agir en tant que liaison entre différentes équipes et départements internationaux, en coordonnant les fonctions de groupe.

• This role requires independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality while managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities
• Administrative or relevant work experience with a technical workforce; experience in the video games industry a plus
• Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail
• Familiar world-wide business cultures and customers; fluency in Japanese a plus
• Proficiency with calendar, international travel, and expense management tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience coordinating with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
