• Act as a leader in market research, identify new potential verticals or use cases to support sales strategies, and carry out Proofs of Concept to test their viability.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, CRM, Operations) to ensure proper rollout and prepare business reviews together with your manager for the Board.
• Create and manage various monitoring tools to enable deeper analysis (for internal and external use), identify improvement levers, and support the development of current partnerships to meet the 2025 objectives.
