Develop and deploy data-driven models and insights to improve business decisions, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth. Key Performance Indicators: • Build accurate predictive models • Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders • Automate analytics and reporting workflows • Improve model performance and reliability • Monitor pipelines and maintain production ML Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, CS, Statistics, or related field • 2+ years experience with machine learning/data science • Strong mathematics, statistics, and experimental design • Proficiency with Python and data wrangling • Experience deploying ML models to production
