About The Role

  • Understand NCP’s business environment and objectives.
  • Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures effectively.
  • Communicate and deliver information in a business context—both verbally and in writing—in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
  • Understand and effectively utilize standard equipment, and software tools.
  • Operate all required steps and activities for designated production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or other applicable instructions.
  • Possess knowledge of various machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.
  • Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies and regulations, as well as the standards and procedures established by NAPCO.
  • Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect individuals and property, and to prevent market losses.
