We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared consistently, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage and operate your assigned kitchen section independently

Prepare and cook dishes according to Amra's recipes and standards

Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency

Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards

Assist with prep, stock control, and kitchen organization

Support the Head Chef and collaborate with the kitchen team during service
