HubSpot Expert / HubSpot Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Expert who knows HubSpot end-to-end and can set up, manage, optimize, and automate our CRM and marketing/sales processes. The ideal candidate understands HubSpot CRM, workflows, pipelines, reporting, integrations, and best practices and can improve our lead management and customer journey.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Set up and manage HubSpot CRM (contacts, companies, deals, pipelines)
• Build and optimize HubSpot Workflows & Automation
• Create and manage lead capture forms, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Configure lead scoring , lifecycle stages, and segmentation
• Build dashboards and custom reports
• Implement and manage HubSpot Sales tools (tasks, sequences, templates)
• Clean and organize CRM data (properties, lists, duplicates)
• Integrate HubSpot with external tools (Zapier, Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Support the team with HubSpot training & documentation
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements weekly
