Air Import Operations Specialist

Logika 4PL is a Greek international freight-forwarding and logistics provider delivering end-to-end transport, customs, warehousing, distribution, and supply-chain services across road, sea, and air. As an Air Import Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in keeping air import shipments moving efficiently, working closely with internal and external partners to maintain service quality and resolve issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international air import shipments from origin to final delivery.
• Communicate with airlines, agents, customs brokers, and customers.
• Prepare shipping documentation.
• Monitor shipment milestones.
• Resolve operational issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in air import operations within a freight forwarding company.
• Hands-on experience coordinating international air import shipments from origin to final delivery, including monitoring shipment milestones and resolving operational issues.
• Experience preparing and checking import documentation, including AWB, manifests, invoices, and packing lists.
• Experience coordinating customs clearance processes.
• Comfortable using a freight forwarding or transport management system and strong Microsoft Excel skills for daily operational work, reporting, and shipment tracking.
• Experience communicating with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, and customers.
• Fluency in Greek and professional working proficiency in English.
• Eligibility to work in Greece.

• Experience handling time-critical shipments.
• Familiarity with airline cargo portals, customs-related platforms, and document management systems.
• A strong customer service mindset and experience providing excellent customer service.
