Skill

• Set required

• to 3 years’ experience as a helpdesk operator
• -

Experience

• with ITIL standards using Service Desk helpdesk system
• -

Good

• communication skills
• -

Experience

in customer support services

Educational

Qualification : Bachelor’s

• degree in Computer Science or Technical Diploma in Computer / IT or
• related discipline

Terms

and conditions

Joining

time frame: 30 days.

The
