About The Role
As the Senior Executive Facilities, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of our facilities. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our offices and support functions. You will work closely with various teams and departments to understand their needs and implement effective solutions.
- Lead and manage the Facilities department, including a team of facilities managers and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management, maintenance, and improvement.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all company facilities, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Manage and optimize the company's office space, including layout, design, and utilization.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services, such as cleaning, pest control, and landscaping.
- Implement energy-efficient practices and initiatives to reduce the company's environmental impact.
- Manage and control the facilities budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology and facilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the workplace experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Proficiency in facility management software and systems, including maintenance tracking and budgeting tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and experience in implementing compliance measures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
