PROCESS ENGINEER

We are looking for a Process Engineer Some of your main duties responsibilities: Monitor and analyze process parameters to identify opportunities for improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency. Support daily operations by troubleshooting process upsets and equipment issues. Develop and implement operating procedures, work instructions, and best practices. Lead and support capital and improvement projects, from concept through commissioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, HSE, QA/QC, and Production) to deliver projects on time and within budget. Provide technical support for new product introductions and process scale-ups. Partner with Oleon’s global process engineering, operations, and R D teams to share knowledge, align on technical standards, and leverage best practices. Participate in global working groups and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability across Oleon sites. Participate in hazard reviews (PHA/HAZOP), MOC (Management of Change), and root cause investigations. Drive initiatives to enhance process safety management (PSM) and environmental performance.
