🚀 We're Hiring: Penetration Tester (Mid-Level) 📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt 🏢 Company: Noventiq 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time Join Our Elite Cybersecurity Team Noventiq is expanding its offensive security practice and is looking for a talented Mid-Level Penetration Tester to help organizations strengthen their cyber resilience through advanced security assessments. You'll work alongside highly skilled security researchers, CREST-aligned professionals, vulnerability researchers, bug bounty hunters, and certified offensive security specialists delivering penetration testing engagements for leading enterprises across finance, banking, government, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, and technology sectors. 🔍 What You'll Do As a Penetration Tester, you will: Conduct Web Application, API, Mobile Application, Network, and Infrastructure Penetration Testing Perform vulnerability assessments and security reviews against modern enterprise environments Identify, validate, and demonstrate security weaknesses using industry-standard methodologies Conduct manual testing beyond automated AI-driven vulnerability scanning Review source code and identify security flaws Develop attack scenarios, proof-of-concepts, and exploitation techniques Produce high-quality technical and executive reports Participate in Red Team and Adversary Simulation engagements Collaborate with consultants and customers to remediate vulnerabilities Stay current with emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and security technologies ✅ Requirements Essential Qualifications: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Penetration Testing or Offensive Security Strong understanding of: OWASP Top 10 API Security Top 10 Web Application Security Network Security Active Directory Security Authentication and Authorization mechanisms Cloud Security fundamentals Experience identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities (using AI), such as: SQL Injection Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) IDOR Authentication Bypass Deserialization vulnerabilities Command Injection Privilege Escalation Experience with security tools such as: Burp Suite Nmap Metasploit Nessus Kali Linux Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as: Python JavaScript Bash PowerShell Java or PHP (advantageous) 🎯 Preferred Qualifications One or more of the following certifications: OSCP (Preferred) OSWE OSEP PNPT CREST CPSA / CRT CEH eJPT GPEN Additional advantages: Bug bounty participation CTF achievements Security research or CVE contributions Red Team engagement experience Cloud penetration testing experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) 🌟 What We Offer Work with one of the region's leading cybersecurity offensive teams Exposure to large-scale enterprise Opportunity to participate in advanced Red Team and security research activities Continuous training and professional certification sponsorship Access to experienced mentors and global cybersecurity communities Competitive salary and performance-based incentives #LinkedInJobs
