Senior Business Strategy Analyst

Ringkasan Deskripsi Kerja ● Identify growth opportunities through business performance analysis, market insights, and stakeholder discussions. ● Lead growth initiatives and experiments end-to-end, from opportunity sizing and planning to execution and evaluation. ● Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams, to develop solutions, align priorities, and ensure timely project delivery. ● Evaluate initiative performance and determine whether to scale, optimize, or pivot based on the results. ● Prepare regular business reviews, dashboards, and management presentations that clearly communicate performance, key findings, recommendations, and required actions. ● Conduct competitor benchmarking and support strategic projects based on business priorities. Job qualification / Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or other relevant fields. ● At least 3 years of experience in Business Growth, Project Management, Strategy, Business Analytics, or related roles. ● Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. ● Highly collaborative and comfortable proactively engaging with different stakeholders. ● Curious, proactive, and willing to explore and experiment with new ideas. ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt when an approach does not work. ● Good written and verbal English communication skills. ● Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with SQL, business intelligence tools, or AI-powered productivity tools is preferred.
