About The Role
Job Description Company ITC Rajputana, Jaipur Designation Deputy Manager - Sales Office Location Jaipur, Rajasthan Position Description Responsible for driving room revenue and overall business growth through corporate account management, business development, client relationship management, and sales initiatives. The role focuses on acquiring new business, maintaining key accounts, maximizing revenue opportunities, and achieving budgeted sales targets in alignment with the hotel's business objectives. Primary Responsibilities Generate room revenue through Corporate, Leisure, Government, and Travel Trade segments. Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospect accounts. Manage and grow existing key accounts to maximize revenue contribution. Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections. Negotiate contracts and rates in accordance with company guidelines. Prepare and implement account development plans for assigned markets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. Coordinate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and Operations for smooth delivery of services. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records. Additional Responsibilities Participate in sales missions, trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. Handle customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns. Maintain visibility of the hotel's products and services in the marketplace. Assist in preparing annual sales budgets and business plans. Ensure adherence to ITC Hotels brand standards and sales processes.
