About The Role
The Joint Secretariat Interreg North-West Europe is looking for an IVY volunteer! The volunteer will support the Programme Interreg North-West Europe, a European Territorial Cooperation programme aiming to support a balanced development across the area, making all regions more resilient, and contributing to a better quality of life and well-being of all NWE citizens. The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities: Give a young European the opportunity to discover a new professional environment and familiarise themselves with the Interreg world; Welcome a new team member who will provide new and fresh ideas, as well as their viewpoints on our daily communication practices; Contribute to strengthening the NWE Programme's capacity to deliver its communication and capitalisation strategies in an efficient and effective way; Support NWE projects in developing impactful and long-term communication actions; More generally, contribute to showcasing the added value of Interreg Programmes in tackling common challenges across borders and countries. Other information: Financial support of: 33.76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included) . Location: Lille, France. Start and duration: October, for 6 months. Languages*: English (C2), French (B1). *Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required. Deadline for applications: 23 September.
