Cultivation Lead - Alachua

Cultivation Lead Reports to: Cultivation Manager Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 DOE FSLA: Salaried The Mint is seeking a Lead Cultivator to join our Cultivation Team. This team is responsible for the operation of the Cultivation tasks, including transplanting, up-potting, plant maintenance, defoliation, new flower setups, mulching, and cleaning in a large-scale indoor/outdoor grow operation. Primary Responsibilities: Leading a small team of cultivators, including time management, daily direction, and overall management of the team. Completing projects and reporting back to the manager of cultivation. Overseeing all aspects of grow from seed to store. Adhere to all Cannavative safety and compliance policies and procedures Required Prerequisites: Must have the ability to stand for the duration of the shift Must be able to lift 50lbs Must have accountability, be reliable, and strong attention to detail Must be able to execute various tasks both independently and with a team Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment to perform manual labor tasks required for time-sensitive management of a grow facility Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8-12-hour shift Ability to commute/relocate
