BI Analyst – Trading Operations (Esports) (m/f/x)

• Do you have experience building BI dashboards or automated reporting systems that support trading or sportsbook performance monitoring?
• Have you worked with large datasets using SQL to create clean, analysis-ready tables, and used them to generate actionable insights
• Are you comfortable translating complex data set into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders, such as traders?

About the role

GRID is looking for a BI Analyst to join our Trading team and support esports trading operations through data, reporting, and statistical tools. The core focus of this role is to build and maintain statistical modules for traders and provide clear performance and actionable insights to trading.

You will work closely with traders, analytics, and data teams to ensure trading decisions are supported by accurate, timely, and actionable data.
