About The Role

  • Your day-to-day
  • Assist with the daily preparation and set-up of the restaurant and bar areas.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of your workspace and equipment.
  • Properly use work machinery and ensure compliance with safety standards and personal protective equipment.
  • Ensure correct storage and labeling of food and beverages in the appropriate areas.
  • Report any needs for replenishing stock or products for the next service.
  • Keep your workstation clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Comply with the hotel's sustainability and environmental policies.
  • What we need from you
  • Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
  • Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for 4 months preferably.
  • Previous hotel knowledge and experience in operational departments will be valuable.
  • Must be fluent in English and/or Spanish.
  • Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for food & beverage area.
