Manager Card Products

Ecobank Rwanda is seeking a Manager, Card Products to lead the growth, development, and management of the Bank’s card products portfolio. The role is responsible for effectively packaging and delivering approved Consumer and Commercial Banking products to meet customer needs and satisfaction, in line with Group policies and applicable local regulatory requirements. The role is also responsible for the delivery and performance of approved Consumer and Commercial Banking products through opportunity identification, shelf placement, distribution, and pricing, with the objective of driving optimum sales and business growth. In addition, the role maintains productive relationships with sales teams and external customers to support effective product delivery and maximize customer value.
