Partner - Settlement.Commercial Operations

The Specialist, Partner Settlement is responsible for the accurate and timely settlement of all financial transactions with MTN Fintech partners, including agents, merchants, banks, and other external stakeholders. This role ensures that all settlements are processed in strict accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), internal policies, and regulatory requirements. The Specialist reports to the Manager Operations and is an individual contributor. The role works closely with internal teams such as Reconciliation & Reporting, Finance, and Back Office Support to maintain the financial integrity of partner accounts.
