The role ensures the availability, performance, security, and stability of IT systems through proactive supervision, incident resolution, problem management, and continuous service improvement. The position serves as the second-level support function for infrastructure and application-related incidents, ensuring timely restoration of services and effective collaboration with vendors, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
