The Sous Chef – Arabic Specialty (Main Kitchen) is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in managing the daily operations of the Arabic section within the Main Kitchen. The role ensures the consistent preparation of authentic, high-quality Arabic cuisine while maintaining Hilton standards for food quality, presentation, hygiene, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
