The Plant Operations Coordinator supports the full scope of Plant Operations, including maintenance, janitorial, housekeeping, grounds, and IT services. This role serves as the central hub for departmental workflow by managing the work order system and monitoring daily activity, assigning priorities, and ensuring tasks move efficiently from request to completion. The Plant Operations Coordinator analyzes operational data and produces clear, actionable reports aimed at improving processes, strengthening team productivity, and enhancing service delivery across the community.
