Solutions Engineer

Join project44 as a Solutions Engineer, where you'll be a senior technical and business advisor driving complex enterprise sales engagements. You'll lead technical discovery and solution design for our largest customers, mentor the next generation of Solutions Engineers, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales. This role requires a strong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, integration frameworks, and data exchange formats, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Lead technical strategy and solution design for complex global enterprise opportunities, serving as the primary technical authority during sales engagements.
• Translate intricate customer challenges into scalable, high impact project44 solutions, and design and deliver sophisticated demos, proofs of concept, and value assessments.
• Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers, elevating team performance and consistency across global regions, and partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with measurable impact
• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or consulting within SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, integration frameworks, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills- able to distill complex technical concepts for C-suite audiences
• Familiarity with programming concepts, SQL, and information security standards (preferred)
• Proficiency in leading workshops, designing Proofs of Value, and delivering quantifiable ROI analysis
• Deep understanding of global supply chain, transportation, and logistics processes
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
