Pre-Arrival Concierge Assistant (M/W/X) - Temporary contract - Le Châble

Join Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist, a luxury travel company specializing in exceptional alpine holidays. As a Pre-Arrival Concierge Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every detail of our clients' stay is flawlessly planned and executed before they arrive at the resort. Your responsibilities will include managing guest itineraries, coordinating with resort teams, handling billing and admin tasks, and supporting content and communication efforts. This is a temporary contract position based in Le Châble, Switzerland.

• Gérer la planification et l'exécution de tous les aspects du séjour d'un client, y compris les transferts, les cours de ski, les réservations de restaurants, etc.
• Coordonner avec les équipes de la station pour s'assurer que les propriétés et les services sont entièrement préparés avant l'arrivée des clients.
• Suivre et gérer les extras des clients, en veillant à ce que les services soient payés directement ou ajoutés à la facturation finale avec approbation.

**🔍 Profile

Required skills and experience:**

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or guest relations
• Passionate about delivering outstanding service and crafting meaningful experiences
• Fluent in spoken and written English; French or/and German is a strong advantage
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working with CRMs, digital tools, and itinerary platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, proactive, and confident in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• A team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent roles
• Solid understanding of luxury travel expectations and high-end clientele
• Must hold a valid EU passport, a valid residence permit/VISA, or Swiss citizenship
