Senior Project Manager

Join Attensi, a leading provider of simulation-based training solutions. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experiences we create and the way we deliver them. You will work closely with simulation designers, technical teams, commercial stakeholders, and clients to turn ideas into engaging, high-impact training. This role is based in Boston and will support customers across North America and global markets.

• Deliver a portfolio of customer projects across different products, industries, markets, and levels of complexity, leading complex projects end-to-end.
• Own clear project scoping, alignment, and governance, ensuring expectations are set, approved, and actively managed across internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted delivery partner for customers, helping them make decisions, navigate trade-offs, and stay focused on outcomes and long-term value.
• Spanish language capability would be a plus. We are particularly interested in candidates who are fluent or professionally proficient in Spanish (or other languages) and confident using it in client-facing conversations
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to bring clarity, structure, and pace to complex or fast-moving projects
• Comfortable managing risk, scope, dependencies, timelines, and budgets, while knowing when and how to escalate effectively
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams at once, with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain momentum across competing demands
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally supporting other project managers would be a strong advantage
• Technologically curious and digitally savvy, with a genuine interest in how systems work, integrate, and scale
• Creative, collaborative, and self-starting, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
• Curious and open-minded about emerging technologies, including AI, with an interest in exploring how they can enhance learning, delivery, and customer impact
• Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of how project outcomes tie to customer value, adoption, renewal, and growth
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, SaaS delivery, implementation, or client-facing delivery roles
• Motivated by growth and continuous learning—for yourself, your teammates, and the learners who engage with our training solutions
• Calm and solutions-focused under pressure, with the confidence to make decisions and keep teams moving
• Comfortable asking questions, scoping technical needs, and collaborating with technical experts without needing deep IT expertise
• Confident leading customer discussions, workshops, and governance meetings, including with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, challenge constructively, and guide customers through ambiguity or change
• Proven experience leading end-to-end customer projects, ideally involving implementation, enablement, technical setup, or complex stakeholder groups
