Chief of Staff (Program Manager, HR)

Join our team as the Chief of Staff, Program Manager, HR. In this strategic role, you will partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to drive execution of the HR organization's priorities and ensure alignment across the HR leadership team. You will act as the operational backbone of the HR function, translating strategy into action and enabling effective decision-making. This position requires strong project management skills, exceptional executive communication abilities, and a proven track record of influencing senior leaders.

• Partner with the CHRO to develop, refine, and operationalize the HR strategic agenda, driving execution of annual and quarterly HR priorities.
• Design and manage the operating rhythm for the HR Leadership Team, establishing accountability mechanisms for commitments and deliverables.
• Lead and project manage cross-functional strategic projects on behalf of the CHRO, including AI transformation, and coordinate activities across HR functional teams.

• Experience preparing materials for Executive Leadership Teams and Boards of Directors
• Knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, or business transformation is an asset
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, program management, HR strategy, or a related discipline
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization
• Strong project and portfolio management experience
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation development skills
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes through collaboration
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience supporting executive level, and HR domain experience is preferred
• Background in business operations, transformation, or HR leadership is an asset
