Software Development Engineer

• Troubleshoot and solve software issues, delivering production-ready code and following best practices.
• Communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to manage expectations and solve problems.
• Champion improvements in testing techniques and frameworks, ensuring they are considered in the development process.

• An understanding of web development practices and technologies and tools. Exposure to e-commerce a bonus
• Experience working in and driving an Agile development environment
• A broad understanding of the software development lifecycle and practical hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery & QA
• Experience working with our tech stack or experience working in similar languages with a desire to work in our tech stack

• The ability to commute to our offices in the Central Business District at least 3 days a week
• Enjoy working with internal stakeholders to consistently deliver against key projects
• Familiar with software architecture patterns, database optimisations, infrastructure, scalability and deployment
