Credit Controller - Fixed term Contract

Join the Financial Times, a leading global news organization, as a Credit Controller on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the company's financial health through effective cash collection, disciplined credit risk management, and timely resolution of customer-related issues. You will oversee end-to-end credit management activities, collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams, and drive continuous improvement in processes.

• Conduct credit investigations for new and existing customers, recommending and maintaining appropriate credit limits aligned with risk assessments and company policies.
• Monitor customer accounts to manage credit exposure, identify early risk indicators, and take proactive actions to mitigate potential delinquency.
• Drive timely and consistent cash collection by executing defined strategies and ensuring customer invoices are accurately submitted and communicated on time.
