Manager Surveillance

Join our team as a Manager of Surveillance, where you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Surveillance department, ensuring compliance with Casino Internal Controls and Louisiana Gaming Board regulations. You will act as a direct liaison between Surveillance Room activities and Surveillance leaders, provide training and development for team members, and assist with performance management. Additionally, you will manage staff scheduling, review surveillance department actions, and provide continuous feedback to the General Manager.

• Act as a direct liaison between Surveillance Room activities and Surveillance leaders, ensuring efficient operation of the Surveillance department.
• Establish operational procedures for the Surveillance department to ensure adherence to Casino Internal Controls and Louisiana Gaming Board regulations.
• Provide training and development to Surveillance department team members, ensuring the highest levels of skill and knowledge.
