Maintenance Lead Technician

Join Bally's as a Maintenance Lead Technician, where you will be responsible for performing all Engineer II, I, and Utility duties, completing work orders with limited supervision, and training lower qualified engineers/utility. You will also coordinate work/projects for all shifts, maintain a clean work area, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. This position has supervisory responsibilities and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the maintenance operations of the property.

• Perform all Engineer II, I, and Utility duties, complete work orders with limited supervision, and train lower qualified engineers/utility.
• Coordinate work/projects for all shifts, assign individual duties for the day, and monitor all work orders that have come in on the shift.
• Direct, check, review, assign, organize, and coordinate the work to the Maintenance techs, and manage and direct the work assignments resulting from a service call.
